I want to introduce myself and the services of SMILE, Inc. I have been a dental hygienist since 1987; I also earned a degree from TWU in Business Marketing and Management in 1991. During these early years, I had several great opportunities to provide growth for practices on my own. Then in 1992, I joined a major consulting firm based in the Dallas area, as a dental consultant. I spent several years employed by them and had the learning experience of a lifetime. I left the consulting firm in 2000 and have continued to provide practice management services in your area.

My plans for offices are specifically designed to meet the needs of each individual practice; I do not have a cookie cutter approach. I have 17 years of management experience to help me develop a plan of action for each practice that will be successful. My business plans are designed so the patients, the staff, and the doctor all win.
