SMILE, INC. provides easy, quick and simple solutions for today that will ensure you a lifetime of success. SMILE, INC. has been providing dental specific coaching, consulting, practice management and marketing services for the past 8 years. There are two principal leaders in the company, Steve Sperry and Sharmyn Long Foitek. Sharmyn became a R.D.H. in 1987; then spent the 90's as a dental consultant working for a major consulting firm. Steve is the past founder of the largest dental consulting firm in the Southwest and is an accomplished motivational speaker and leader in the dental industry. We have been committed to the dental industry and possess highly specialized skills; combined we have more than 50 years of coaching and consulting experience.

Our plans for offices are specifically designed to meet the needs of each individual practice; we do not have a cookie cutter approach.  We develop a plan of action for each practice that will be successful. Our business plans are designed so the patients, the team, and the doctor all win.  You will find our fees are reasonable and can be attached to the growth of the practice, minimizing your risk of investment. We will not propose our services to you, unless we find that there is room for huge growth. We are looking for practices that can grow by $20,000-$70,000 per month (gross collections) over the next 4-18 months with our professional training and coaching.  If your practice is running at peak efficiency and has no need for our services, we will happily tell you so.  We are looking for opportunities where we can make a major positive impact! 

Let us address some of the most commonly asked questions of potential clients:

  1. We don’t work with every practice that has interest.  We have an evaluation process we follow and only take on the clients that we can be extremely successful with.  We never want the reputation of taking someone’s money and them not receiving a huge return on their investment.
  2. We do not get involved clinically; the dentists still make all their own clinical decisions.  We will never tell you to quit doing 2 and 3 surface fillings and do crowns instead. Sharmyn is a R.D.H., therefore she is bound by the same code of ethics as you are.
  3. We do not advise new clients to raise their fees.  We ask them to wait at least 6-12 months, so that we can be certain where the growth of the practice is coming from.  We want our clients to see their growth is coming directly from our ability to implement systems and strategies that are successful. We do not want the issue clouded with questions such as “is it only because they recommended I raise my fees?”
  4. Our contracts are month to month.  This ensures we “earn our keep”. 
  5. We do Free Assessments of practices to determine if our services are a good fit!  This insures a win/win relationship.

There is no fee for us to visit; you have nothing to lose by exploring the possibilities for your practice. If you should decide to have me determine the amount of growth your practice can experience, I will do a confidential and professional evaluation of your practice. My working with a practice is a commitment for both parties. I have to know much about your business in order to advise you, make recommendations and help you attain your goals.
